LLS-17 anti-rat plastic additives developed by our company are made of synthetic capsaicin, enhancer and synergist. It is a kind of environment-friendly high-tech products, slightly toxic, LD50≥4000mg/Kg, decomposition temperature 340℃. The product has passed the EU ROHS Directive and SVHC tests for chemicals of high concern. Its pungent components can make rats' oral mucosa and taste nerve are strongly stimulated and hate to chew wire and cable, so as to protect wire and cable. It has been widely used in wire, cable, packaging and building materials. Add 0.6-1.0%.

Application method:
Component: LLS-17 10Kg; Resin 990 kg;
Used in PVC, can be first mixed with plasticizer, mixing temperature is not more than 180℃.
Notes:
1.Because capsaicin has strong irritation to skin, eyes and respiratory tract, protection should be done when using it.
2.In case of contact or splashing on skin, rinse thoroughly with soap and water. In case of splash into eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of cold water.
Storage:
The product should be sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place under normal temperature.
